Some of you that know me and what I do know that I am a foster care social worker. For those who don’t now you do. I have been working in the field of child welfare (foster care) since October of 2007. It seems crazy to me how time has flown by working in this field but one thing remains. No matter where you are the need for foster and adoptive parents is great. I have some friends that have become foster and adoptive parents along the way and I salute them. But the call, the ministry is still in need of laborers.
Now I know that some of you are thinking what is she talking about? Ministry? Yes, I said ministry and this is one that is close to the Lord’s heart.
